Floating the watch inside the case by applying the refractive index of light and calculating the buoyancy of a special material. The sensor inside the box communicates with the internal clock, and the movement of the hands of the clock changes depending on the distance between the viewer and the work.
By distorting the natural act of “looking at” a work of art, the extraordinaryness was enhanced. In the past, Landscape enables this phenomenon by limiting the space at the boundary of the glass case in order to create an extraordinary space.
This work is an attempt to cross that boundary.
